Transporte Gratuito
The visitor/buyer has a free transport service available during the event.
There is a shuttle leaving Jabaquara Subway Station (North-South Line) on round-trips from the Bus Station to the Centro de Exposições Imigrantes, Buses start running one hour before the opening time of the event and continue until one hour after the trade fair closes. The buses stand at Rua Nelson Fernandes.
Guide-Dogs
Animals are expressly forbidden, no matter their species or sizes, except for guide-dogs duly authorized.

Taxi
During the event, two partners are available to the visitors/buyers offering safety and comfortable service. The counters are located at the event exit.

First-aid
Unit equipped with the necessary equipments for the visitors’ first aid. During the event, a team of doctors and nurses is available, offering safety and quality service.
Information Center
Responsible for the information to visitors/buyers, referring the issues related to the fair plan, services location, event official catalog distribution and sale, among others.
Public Phones
An economical option available to visitors/buyers, using prepaid telephone cards. Located close to the restrooms.
Safety Room
Support service for general instructions and robbery avoidance; meeting point; lost and found, with services during the trade fair.
Food Court
Confortable area available for the visitor/buyer meals, in a pleasant atmosphere and with several options.
Special Needs
For the visitors/buyers with locomotion difficulty or handicapped, we have available: wheel chairs and scooter chairs (motorized), exclusive parking area, preferential service for registration, adapted restrooms and access ramps. The wheel chairs and scooters must be requested at the Safety Room and are subject to its availability.
